How do we handle complaints?

All the complaints we receive will be (at most times) handled in following manner-

  1. We will provide an acknowledgement of receipt of complaint on your email.
  2. We will try to solve your query/complaint by the end of next business day.
  3. If we are not able to resolve any issues we will again provide an update regarding the status of the complaint and escalate to issue to the higher management for investigation.
  4. The FOS sets a period of 8 weeks for companies to provide final response to the complainant. We will be keeping in contact with you on a regular basis as we attempt to resolve the issues and will make all efforts to resolve your complaint earlier.
  5. Once the Investigation is complete, we will provide a Final Response that will include a summary and our decision in the matter.

In case, you are not satisfied with the resolution of the issue, you have the right to take your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) within 6 months of the date of the complaint or you may lose the right to refer the complaint.
